My name is Juan Ruiz, Broker/Owner of JCR Real Estate and Mortgage. A professional who has dedicated his time to servicing the Los Angeles County for over 15 years. Starting off my career in the construction field building custom homes and apartments with Lennar and KB Homes. When I moved to the Coachella Valley, I achieved my long time goal to become a property owner, investor and I rapidly grew intrigued by the Real Estate industry. I began my career as a Real Estate Agent in 2018 and grew to becoming a Real Estate Broker. I then became interested in the mortgage industry and obtained my Mortgage Broker license.
